Join us for an evening of wine and food pairing fun in our Tuscan Sun Pavilion. We will be featuring a flight of four pre-selected wines with snack size food pairings. Our winemaker and other wine stewards will be on hand to greet you at your table and discuss the basics of how we paired our wines and small bites.
How It Works: Simply select your flight at time of purchase and enjoy our awarded wines perfectly paired with complimenting bites upon your arrival. Take home tasting notes and recipe cards to impress the guests at your next gathering and leave with much more confidence in your wine and food pairing skills.
Dry Flight:
Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc Rosé, Traminette and Vignoles paired with: Antipasto Skewers w/ Basil, Muffaletta Salami Rolls, Brie & Apple Crostini and Hummingbird Cake
Sweet Flight:
Traminette, Rocky Comfort Red, Hysterica and Rocky Comfort White paired with: Antipasto Skewers w/ Basil, Muffaletta Salami Rolls, Brie & Apple Crostini and Hummingbird Cake
